If it's the remembrance of Jesus's death and suffering..then why call it GOOD Friday?

It was bad for Jesus but good for us. His death and resurrection gave us the way of eternal life. Even he had joy that was set before Him. He did not see the suffering so much, but the life he would make available to us.We are His joy. Sons and daughters of His father.
