I need a model Photographer!?

I need a model Photographer because I was to put together a portfolio to get my name out my family would pay but are have money problem right now it's the summer and I am 16 will be 17 in august from chicago I also have spina bifida so I can't walk but I'm in a wheelchair and can get round very good,I have time to do it can someone help me???????I REALLY WANT THIS!!! NEED HELP GETTING STARTED
