I need to help my friend find a girl... where do I go, what do I do?

Okay so I'm a girl.. and a friend of mine (a guy) has muscular dystrophy and is in a wheelchair... he's an amazing guy and very funny... and I keep trying to give him hope, I made some profiles for him on some dating sites but really no luck there... he is about 30 now and he fears he's getting too old and no girl will ever like him.. I've run out of ideas.. and I cant imagine how hard his life is when he sees everyone around him with families and he still hasn't had any luck with a girl! I mean he's not bad looking.... but I think most girls get scared when they see that he's in a wheelchair.. cause he basically needs help with every single simple every day thing (i assume?) so what can you guys suggest that I can tell him or even do for him? please please help! thanks!
