What would be a nice tattoo as a remembrance to my older brother?

I know it should be something personal, but i've got a little saying to go with it and that makes it really personal.. I was just thinking maybe a little pretty symbol of something that is often associated with peace or serenity...maybe heaven or so. something that would pay respect to my wonderful brother. he was 6 years older than me and passed away 2 years ago after being hit by a drunk driver. he passed away when he was 22. I'm 19 now so nothing to intense or big. Also where wold be a nice place to get it? :) any suggestions would br greatly appreciated, thanks :) Also if you have any nice quotes or sayings that would fit, i'd love to hear. :)
