Hebrew translation help?

i want to get a star of david tattoo in remembrance of my grandmother and her hebrew names somewhere in the tattoo her names in english is SYLVIA but her name in hebrew is SARAH and her middle name is YETTA i would like to get the names SARAH and YETTA in script can anybody help me ???
