Tattoo Advice, Need help DESPERATELY?!?!?!?

So today’s my birthday and I want to get a tattoo sometime soon in remembrance for my cousin Chris, who was murdered earlier this year. I was going to get his badge/police number tattoo’d on my wrist with possibly a four leaf clover for good luck because he had that.. but since I’m young and that placement for the tattoo could effect my jobs in the future I was wondering where I should get it done or keep it in that spot?! Please feel free to answer sometime soon what you think.. whether it being anonymously or directly please let me know your ideas everyone! Thank you (:
